All products sold through Learn Ice Cream are digital products. No physical item will be shipped to your address.
Digital Delivery
After your payment is successfully completed, access to your purchased ice cream guidebook and any included digital resources will be provided through the order confirmation page, email, or the download method shown during checkout.
Please enter a correct and active email address when placing your order.
Delivery Time
Most digital orders are delivered immediately after payment. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes because of payment processing or email delays.
Please also check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folder if you cannot find the delivery email.
No Physical Shipping
Because our products are delivered digitally:
- No printed book will be mailed.
- No shipping fee is charged unless clearly stated at checkout.
- No tracking number will be provided.
- No physical delivery address is required for product access.
Download and Access Issues
If your download link does not work, your email does not arrive, or you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us with the name and email address used during checkout.
We will review your order and help restore access when the purchase can be verified.
